My cat loved it at first, he didn't understand what it was for. After a while, he saw that it was for eating. I recommend the product. The box arrived slightly dented, as well as the water storage, but since it's made of flexible plastic, it just bent and easily regained its original shape. Only a mark remained from being bent. Other than that, everything was perfect. It was easy to assemble and arrived in a week to Mexico very quickly.
